That is a good option and similar to what I am imagining. I was thinking the EG4 24V 200Ah and individual components and I was leaning to a 3000W inverter also.

Yes, Ian is very good. He is a one man show but if you need help, he WILL get back to you. It may take awhile (remember One Man show) but you will be talking to an expert about the products that he sells!

I would recommend starting with 48V nominal.

It won’t complicate your portable build and will scale up better for the house later.

After seeing the video I did some further research on 48V which I really didn't look at before and now I beleive you are right. I am going to open a thread in the beginners forum on this for opinions.
