Hello have anyone experienced bloated cells lifepo4....
That one in your hands is bad.Ouch
Did they come that way. Or, did you do that to them?
Looks like a standard strap and sock setup to me.I would assume they were abused.
I'm really curious what the deal is with the strap hold down and random sock...

Not mine. That one in your hands is bad.
I would agree.Looks like overcharge.
There Is a local assembler he replaced my cells under warranty now the battery contains as he assumed 14 300AH rept cells and 2 lishen 280AH..Woa, those like rept 280 cells, looks like the terminals sheered off from the expansion force. Who did you buy the cells from did you get a test report?
What a helpful kitty!I did a video for the last 2 cells I replaced them myself..
Yes very helpful ?? there is one company at the US always promoting these Rept cells and they do capacity test for one cell not for a whole package ?, and they never go under 50% for high current test. What a helpful kitty!
I am sorry and sad that this happened to you. What is that low cell about? It isnt circled in the photo. 3.26- 3.0 is quite the spread! That could possibly be one at 10% and one at 60%.Yes very helpful ?? there is one company at the US always promoting these Rept cells and they do capacity test for one cell not for a whole package ?, and they never go under 50% for high current test.
They keep promoting those and I advise against this new company only 4 years old... I am 70% sure that those cell that i did replace have factory defects or have sit in the storage for more than 8 months the local assembler never brought those cells again..
The first 3 cells we replaced are obvious dead and their voltage show that, but I asked the company to bring additional cells to replace those 2 red circled since they also were different behavior and this voltage difference happens under 60% of capacity. Once we opened the package the other 2 bloated which are circled in red..those cells were very hard to balance at top they refuse to balance and I did balance them once I discharge then charge again the same issue they don't balance easily. I had to do many test to convince the assembler to replace them for me... for reference those eve 105 one of the best cells I've ever seen. Are connected parallel to this one.I am sorry and sad that this happened to you. What is that low cell about? It isnt circled in the photo. 3.26- 3.0 is quite the spread! I think all cells have the same sticker on top I bought those cells as legit grade A not used. And they are selling them as 300AH cells the package closed me 2600 USD which is not cheap. I should have gone with EVE 280k cells but he didn't have them at that time. Anyway these days eve 280k are shipped with 310 AH capacity there is a third generation cells out thereI think you have very bad grade B cells, what company are you referring to?
You should watch this video:
see how they are sanding the qr code and replacing with fake qr code.
The technician the assembly company sent tried to pull them out of the package with this strap I advised him not to do that and he stripped the terminal trying to. Then I used the cutter to cut the package bend the structure to take the cells out. He was surprised me too of how bloated those cells were... two more expanded after we opened the package. They sent me 280ah lishen cells to replace the last two and I did a video replacing them.I would assume they were abused.

I would agree.
Charged too fast or hot.
Nevermind dearSorry replied to wrong post.
I gave them back to the supplier unfortunately. ?Take the bad cell and remove its top black label clean and see if you see signs of sanding and relabeling.
good to hear! That looked like a very bad rollI gave them back to the supplier unfortunately. ?
