Battery power when empty

Hi guys and great forum,

im a few months into an installation and have managed to get my head around the rather steep learning curve of solar.

have 14kw on the roof Connected to a 15kw inverter and a 9.6kw battery. In addition I have 4kw directly through micro inverters. ,my top up !
my questions is that when the battery is discharged to the minimum (10%) it constantly consumes 160-190w in a status of charging. I assume this is keeping it healthy but 190w seems super high? Am I missing anything?

What brand and model inverter is this?
190w is high but not if it is a 3-phase model.
