I did it just as you described. I built a switch between the two generators and put 240 volt incandescent light across the switch, adjusted speed till phase matched and closed the switch. then feed the load. the two generators ran fine

I have done this in the past with two hondas, 3500 and 3000 watt units. pretty much for the same reason as you :)

Not sure where the Growatt is getting a battery percentage from. Voltage looks ok for lead acid. Is there any absorbing time? The lead acid needs that to get fully charged, you should review Crown charging spec and make sure your charging profile is correct for the lead acid.

My 6000T doesn't hit 100% most times, not sure why the growatt has battery coms with EG4 lifepower. your lead acid is not communicating with inverter and must look at voltage. what does battery voltage look like at end of day? my solar backs off as battery fills, and here battery is at 99% by...

how are you charging? solar? or? 47 volts sounds good, should not disconnect at 50 v. my 6000T did not disconect with code 4, however I need to perform a calibration still to stop code 61

Hopefully it will come back up tomorrow, I am using Lifep04, but I see there is a setting for FLd not sure if that will help you. USE would work if you set the other parameters as needed. I used FLA batteries for 20 years, Crown and Trojans, best thing I ever did was buy Lifep04 no more battery...

did you disconnect battery and power down for 30 minutes?

bummer, try power down everthing for short time and see if it will reboot. I have seen several others disconnet batterys and complete power down unit for a while and then restart successfully

I noticed when I used the "calibration" tool the display battery voltage on the Growatt changed, 51.2 makes no sense at all. setting to 51.2 and error 61 came back. I then hooked laptop to the batteries and set the calibration to the current voltage (with solar input off and MPPT not charging)...

I am running the 10gs15, pump starts at approximately 13 gpm and 2200 watts and tapering to rated flow of 10. Gpm at about 1850 watts. Pump goes to gravity storage so no pressure head, I would guess about 10kw starting power. 6000t has no problem with that.

Update on error 61: was able to calibrate with win 7 laptop. Will continue to monitor system.

Where are you getting your data from? Growatt Shine app? I am running SPF 6000t and using Shine app, my data is all over the place, only thing I believe is SOC. Maybe some time weighted average will give you more insight.

few people have been successful using newer OS, I haven't tried with win 7 yet, and failed to connect with win 10.

No I haven't adjusted for error 61 yet, the win 7 laptop battery is shot and will require more work to drag over to the site. Also watching Aymanhammoud experience to decide if I want to attempt, or upgrade to another AIO. The 6000t is running with error 61 so not sure...

I tested the 6000t and it shut down with overload at 3200 watts on one phase, after approximately 10 seconds

If you are in US set hz to 60, I have the 6000t and if I was going to purchase again I would go larger maybe even 12k

Hi Browse, Yup, I agree. I have a Trace SW4048 has been running for almost 20 years 7/24 hard to argue with that but the price to upgrade to a Radian from Outback is much higher than Growatt. but you get what you pay for I guess....
