Yes. Each of the 8 in series is 6 parallel 3.7 volt batteries. Can I just put 2 of the six packs parallel in the series ?

I have 8 - 3.7 volt batteries for the 24 volt system. The full charge is 4.2 volts x8. My inverter and charger cuts off at 29.6 volts. Is there a way to charge it to 33.6 and a way to use it ? I think I am missing about 12 percent of the battery capacity.
