    Strapping strength requirement

    How rigid does the strapping need to be in order for it to be effective? I was thinking of options, and an idea that came to mind was silicone tape. Pretty strong, low profile, super easy to wrap with, etc. It's not steel, but it should be able to squeeze pretty tight. Thoughts?
