Update 30 days no response from @OverkillSolar on request for customer service for a defective BMS

Just for reference , i received a DOA Overkill BMS and for a "stellar guy" he has not responded to a request for customer services in over a month.

I understand your point of view , but would counter that i paid 50% for my JBD , which is still running flawlessly and all i am really complaining about is the zero response. Best

BMS - has a significant voltage drop when any load is applied -when load is over 10 amps BMS Internal heat sensor goes from ambient to 65c in sub 5 minutes. All connections are solid. Voltage drop is confirmed through redundancy of Victron monitors

Just a heads up regarding OVERKILL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'm now 15 days with zero response from OKS . I'm holding an obvious defective BMS and apparently there warranty is not being upheld. 3 emails Ongoing post on Reddit forum Zero response. BEWARE OF OVERKILL .
