Do I need battery monitor when Victron MPPT already has bluetooth?

Max amount of parallel batteries?
I just purchased 24 lion energy cells that are 3.2v and 50ah prismatic cells. My thought process was to make 4 cell packs, and then parallel 6 (4s6p) of them together with each pack having BMS for a total of 12v 300ah.
