Just my observation, remove the cell from the assembly? Do you have something more than hand tools? I think there should be a gap between the bottom of the stud and bus. I have done quite a bit of fastener extraction, but I would be doing it on a mill, not by hand.

Well I am going by what others have told me! Can your tell me what I would look for, and 1 or 2 or 3 more. Also what wiring configuration? I only have 8 gauge wire coming from the roof, so I think I am maxed on amps (all in parallel now) without rewiring at a 15’ run down. Thanks!

The Zamp 30A SCC is not programmable to the best of my knowledge. Other than battery type selection. Is there any series/parallel wiring I can do with these 3 panels, that might improve the situation? I have (2) 12V 200AH Lifepo4 batteries.

I think I have about 530W of solar, if my math is right that should be 31.6A, at 16.77V? Part of why I am having a hard time with selecting an MPPT. Also have heard I shouldn’t do any series wiring with 3 PV’s, but not sure of that either.

Sorry for the dumb question, but when calculating volts and amps from solar panels, I see 4 primary terms. 2 volts and 2 amps, they are VMP, IMP, VOC, and ISC. Which ones are used when figuring PV output? I want to upgrade my solar controller and am trying to figure out what would be useful now...
