Bought two solar chargers both just show the black moon not solar with arrow charging
Ok I am new to solar so no agronums please. I have 4 50 watt each noma crystalline panels parallel and each goes into a noma hub for 7 solar panels which can handle more than the 4 panels plugged in. The out put cord is working As I checked it with the tester that came with panels that lights...- Ecsak

New to solar. My solar charger from amazon bought two and both don’t show the solar panel charging battery. The battery is full
My solar charger from amazon only shows the moon no solar panel icon with arrow going to battery. Battery is full and charger shows the battery and arrow going to invertor. Everything else working. Charger from China bought two same issue. Help- Ecsak
