Well just pulled the trigger on 48-304 cells and 6 boxes. Just six more boxes.

You need to read some cell specifications.

So how do you know you are not applying too much pressure at 100% SOC with the expansion of that many cells. And yes my cells expand with charge. If over pressure or compression was not an issue the manufacturer would not put it in the cell specifications, so you must know more than them?

On the diesels it is easy to just tie in at the aux battery, the sensor is on the main battery. I charge at 50 amps with no issues and am stacking units to add 50amps more.

This order brings me to about 58kwh for the 24v house backup and 21kWh for the 12v mobile system. Hope to have the house system set up by fall.

Well my two more boxes just turned into six, two for 24volt 304ah and four custom boxes with two 12volt 304ah batteries in each. Amy modified the custom boxes for the same cost as before $160.00 each.

I am going to see if I can get a couple boxes modified for two 12v 4s in a 8s box with two screens, so two 12v 304ah in a single case.

The boxes I am getting are costing $1160.00 for a 24v 8s box(7296kwh) My next order will be a little less than that. That is ordering 32 grade A 304ah cells with four complete box kits with jk smart BMS, screens, on/off switches, flexible buss bars, 200amp breakers and front terminals.

That seems to be what I keep telling myself, started off with enough stuff for four 24v 304ah in boxes and that turned into six, then I found two server racks that will hold four each. So eight after second order.
