Update, was on the phone earlier with Sol-ark and I think we got it figured out. He changed the Freq and Voltage settings and set the gen to charge button. Thanks for the help, you guys really know your stuff!

We have been very lucky with our new 12k Sol-Ark 48v Storz system so far this winter because the sun has kept our batteries charged without any issues. Well we just had our first good snowstorm and consecutive days without sun and the batteries are at 10% because we can't get our new generator...

Just curious if anyone has built out a 48v system from Storz? If so, what was the cost for the inverter/battery package itself? There is very little information or reviews on this. The 48v package is their "AI+50A" package, it comes with one 12kw Sol-Ark inverter and two Storz LFP Batteries...
