You can find 500mm jk bms switches on ebay/ali currently... Some of the BMS`s seem to come with the short switches, and some with the nice 500mm long ones..

You used to be able to turn on the JK bms`s by providing 5v more than your pack voltage... Not sure if still the case.. Download the JK BMS app, works great.. :)

740GLE, did you ever find out what that connector is called? My on/off switch port met an untimely demise... *too short of cable* and I have good friend with rockin soldering skills that can replace the port if I can find out what the dang port is and order a replacement... :)

UPDATE: Installed a relay to power the goods directly off the battery while using the output as the trigger, problem solved. Kills my power consumption monitoring, but I`ll just have to add a smartshunt to replace it....

I had mine turned off via button on a 12v 32ah 38120 headway cell pack and it didnt drain anything *as expected* over the course of a week. On the other hand, having it on for a week on that small of a pack does cause a noticeable drain on the battery.
