Well i'm a dumb ass went through the wiring on the bms found i must have unplugged the current sense wires at some time. Reconnected back to the bms and is now working great now.

I run a 45a breaker before the charge controller and a 60 a breaker after the controller. That way you can shut down the solar charging before and after the controller. Works for me no problem.

I don't know about that. I'm going to use the same batteries in my motorhome. Just make sure they are fastened down. I'm waiting for the batteries to ship from Xuba. good luck
