I just plugged in my 3rd array to MPPT 3, changed the settings to 'MPPT 1, 2, 3 independently', and now no voltage is showing up in MPPT 1 even though I'm showing 430 volts in the terminal. Any ideas?

I believe your math is off here. It's 2 arrays of 12 panels at 9 amps at 400 volts. 2 arrays of 3,600 watts. So in parallel they'd be 7,200 watts max.

Mainly the size of the junction box. I'm certainly open to other suggestions.

For a whole home backup with feeder tap, does the Neutral from the 18kPV terminate at the manual transfer switch?

How would they share the pv power and batteries (power pro) across both 200 amp panels?

What sized wire is needed to run from the main feeder to the inverter and back over ~85 ft? 4/0 aluminum for the hot, but how about for the neutral and ground? Also, I'd still love wiring diagrams for 2 inverters on a 2 x 200 amp home.
