I used to use it with my EG4 6500s. But unfortunately it does not work with my upgrade to Schneider XW pro. I really like solar assistant and wish they would adapt it to Schneider.

If you look down in the comments of the YouTube video Sol Ark commented and requested he try the same test with their 15k. They didn't dispute the testing method. Both are great units, but each have their strengths. Schneider happened to be more convincing in their specs to me.

Updating the firmware will be the first troubleshooting step Schneider or signature solar will suggest. My inverters arrived three weeks ago, but they still had an old version of the firmware. Manufacturing date shows July 2022. Yours are probably similar.
