Did a complete shutdown (Power Off Batteries + Inverter), verified batteries protocols (P01 EG4/LUX), power back ON, and now the Monitor reports only 1 battery (ID_01). Also the Batt Parallel Num = 1

Hi, I just installed my 6000XP with a 6 x EG4 LL-S battery bank, but the monitoring website only shows 2 batteries (ID_05, ID_06) not the 6 of them. Any clues?
