For those of you the DIY your grid tied system, who did you turn to for your engineered drawings and other documentation that the PC ask for to get your system approved? I have tried the search button but am not having any luck.

I put in my order over 2 weeks ago. got several emails telling me my stuff has shipped but my tracking numbers never worked. then today got an email telling me that my inverter is no longer in stock and they do not know when they will have anymore available so they are refunding me my money...
