Looking at 3s because of the cell deal I found, 15 cells @ 60 ah. Utilizing 3s I can use all 15 cells to make 300 AH battery and the voltage range is much closer to that of lead acid. Using 4s I'd have 3 cells unused.

I am ordering a large group of cells and have been exploring options for 12v configurations. I'm considering using 3s 5p which would yield 10.8 - 12.6 voltage at a nice 300 AH. This seems like a very safe config for 12v systems as the 3s cutoff would put the min voltage at 3.3 rather than 2.5...
