so its official this new firmware does not work correctly and i want to revert but i think Gilbert is asleep in Hawaii at this hour so maybe Marcus is up and about? it not only bounces back and forth it started to export again with. that function disabled. see below. i killed the grid feed but...

here you can see it do it on the app. restarted feeding from grid when load jumps up. so must be calculated to do that based on battery start and PV input being so low at this hour as it was early and we have a storm right now too.

Well it is not as good as 1011 as it still seems to bounce when it makes the transition back to batteries and PV from the grid. see in pic 1011 does not show that bounce so not sure what is causing that but no feed back to grid which was my main concern.

i am not actually seeing anything really going into the grid. when you watch on the inverter screen which updates much faster those steps happen in under 21 seconds, it does show a flow to the grid for a few seconds but I show no export on the graphs or totals on phone app it was just freaking...

but next cycle back to grid... hence those jagged red lines....when PV and Batteries could be running the house.

ok so this 13.12 firmware moved in steps it seems. as first thing it does when the grid returns is run the entire house from the grid. ignoring the PV and battery. then it adds those to the mix but leaves grid in as step two. then 5 min more it returns to off just solar and battery again. see...

you guys think the ethernet adapter for the 18Kpv at $200 is a little expensive...? for that they could have made a combo wifi/ethernet dongle.

makes no sense if these programers know what they are doing why would you lose features fixed in earlier version (zero grid export) when you do an update unless you keep starting with a very old version instead of fixing things in the last version to the next version.

ops its not working right. when i turned the gird back on it started to feed energy to the grid.... that is a no no.

I killed the grid connection at the meter and everything continued on fine on battery and PV but now it is raining hard and dark but the graphic updated to back up. so i guess its just a detector now for voltage if grid is up or down. but operation is same as 1011.

the last entry in the change log for firmware was 12.12 so seems there is at least one more for 13.12 anyone have that?
