I have yet to see 1 Daly UART usb or BT connection that works and allows parameters to be set, Its vapor ware, the BT requires passcode that noone knows and UART plug doesnt show on SW program, it shows port connection 3 or 6 but no UART connection.

Someone said they can read but can't adjust,not sure.

SW looks nice with 110a BMS, like the busbar. I open my case so I may add busbar so wires don't move on the battery terminals.

Verify the BMS HIGH/LOW cell V disconnect, some don't even work, don't believe "SPECS" until you see it work.

6Awg bms, 150a daly, ran at 120a for about 10 secs, but normaly not above 66a i think for small 6m terminal screws. 3.31/3.32/3.23/3.32, right now resting so I'll balance and do a discharge at 44amp to check resistance on cell #3.

Check each 3.2vcell for resistance when charging and discharging, do they stay within .5 because your BMS will cut off at the weakest cell(lowest) that could leave 25ah(13.4v) or more in the strong batteries, so before ordering cells ask them to do a capacity test for resistance and confirm...

Gotcha, the blue from BMS is on bottom, but the TR16(black on top). Also checking cell resistance. One of my cells seems to discharge faster. Got to 2.79 others were at 3.14 .3.22,3.22. Cleaned and switch 2 busbars (process of elimination). Charging up now and will balance and discharge again...

the 6m screw terminal on 280ah battery is small, have you noticed the neg terminal screw gets real hot at 66amps, I wonder if the small terminal limits amp discharge amount as it gets real hot.

Just got this message about Daly 250ah smart Bms, I didn't think parameters where adjustable for 4s, but he affirmed it has been changed and now can be adjustable for 5s and below,

That seems like only 120a 4s bms with BT inputs for settings. Wonder if it has active balancing. The Daly 250a smart BMS only for 5s and above for imputs so a no go for 4s. My 150a Daly apparently only balances above 3.6volts.
