They say the 6000xp should have 2 batts. I was wondering if you tried to start a Grundfos SQ 200 water pump on 1 LifePower batt if it would go??and if not ,how to get around it...?

At 3/4 hp, I'm guessing you need 2,500 watts to start. That is 50 amps from a 48v battery. One 5kWh 100ah battery should be able to handle that.

Consider adding a soft start.

I can tell you one Lifepower4 on a Schneider XW couldn't start much. Just flipping on the circuit to a heat pump would trip it. Starting the dryer would trip it.

But if that's one of those soft start grundfos it could maybe work. Idk if the low frequency XW sucks harder on the batteries during startup draws than a high frequency, but I do hold the suspicion that it's true.
