Another battery orientation question EG4 Wallmount Rhino

Could I lay a EG4 powerwall flat on it's back? How about a Rhino 48v? Application is camper van. Thankee

PowerPro? Technically yes, though the weight is the major factor holding it onto the bracket so if it’s not upright then you are depending on the two screws that pin the battery to the bracket, and I’d be afraid they’d sheer off with enough vibration.

That looks like it’s meant to be mounted flat so a better option, though much more pricey per KWHR. But yeah, made for mobile use. Allied Lithium also makes golf cart conversions if that helps.

I would definitely get the blessing of eg4/sig solar/vendor in writing to hopefully avoid additional warranty hassles if things need fixing down the track.
