FYI I asked Aolithium for their recommendation for long term storage of their 100Ah 4s 12V batteries in a 2s2P setup where the batteries are unattended for 8 months in temperatures low but mostly above freezing. Leave connected to solar charger or disconnect? - they came back with the recommendation to leave on solar charger and at a float voltage of 13.2 (26.4). My Victron MPPT 100/50 has float set to 27.0. So I'll adjust that for the storage period and see if I need to reset to 27.0 when in use.

I didn't ask but for absorbtion voltage - the Victron defaults to 28.4 @ 2 hours - what is group consensus on reducing that time and/or voltage? I assume if the mppt drops out of float it cycles back to bulk and then to absorbtion before returning to float.
thanks
