Regarding a charger from the gasoline generator. What is the best and fastest charger for this 200AH 12V battery? 100a will work?

These are the only three that matter and for charging efficiently from battery, boost voltage is the only one that matters. You don't want to run a significant absorption or float phase on a generator as you're just burning more gas for less kWh.

"Best" is too subjective. I'm very happy with my recommendation:

Powermax PM3-100LK. I'll let you find your own.

Progressive Dynamics w/Charge Wizard also makes some good units.

Lots of options. It's mostly about picking the voltage, current and price you want.
