Ii did not know where to post this so if it’s in the wrong place sorry.
I’m not much of a computer guy at all. I have a old windows 10 laptop that I would like to be able to make plans or drawings of solar panel array ground mounts. I need to submit them to my local county planner for approval to get my permit to build. I can do hand sketches but think something made off a computer would just look better.
where would I start looking for a program or app? I am damn ne’er computer illiterate so any help is greatly appreciated.
