Hey guys I need some help with my BMS of a battery from AliExpress.
I own two of those batteries,
1x 100Ah - BMS: 16S100A
1x 150Ah - BMS: 16S200A

I have the batts on a Deye 12kw Hybrid and everything works fine.
Some days ago i contacted the seller to send me some information for setting the charge rate, reported by the BMS to the inverter. I used the software and read out the configuration to alter the settings because the charge rate of the 150Ah battery was a little low 0,15c i guess.
Well he came up with a firmware file i should use. Ok i asked him if i can use it on both batteries because they have different BMS versions (100A and 200A). Well all good i shall go ahead and i did it. Thats the firmware he send me.

All went good nothing blew up and my problem with the low charge rate was solved. Both batteries reported 160A combined (a little high but i can reduce it by the deye).
Now to my problem:
A day later the 150Ah battery threw out a undervoltage alarm.
It went out that the SOC was way off and wrong calculated. I had a felling and it went out that the 16S200A BMS showed amp readings way of the reality

The 200A BMS (right picture) ) reports roughly ~0.5*A for the charge rate. Discharge the same.
Ok i didnt freaked out, i thought the calibration of the internal shunt was not right. So i tried to calibrate it by the software.
Well, it didnt worked out for me. I was able to calibrate the reading of the BMS a little but the factor 0.5A stayed mostly the same.
I guess the calculation is hard coded in the firmware file for the different BMS versions.
I read a thread that a JK BMS showed a similart behaviour and searched for a similar parameter to set the resistance in the software.
But i couldnt find anything related.
Maybe someone has the correct firmware file for this 16S200A BMS or an hint how i can fix this in the software.
Many thanks guys!
Alex
