Hi
I'm trying to find out if you can use the Deye 8kW Hybrid as a grid-tie hybrid inverter, but with generator back-up in case of grid failure.
The grid will be connected to the "grid" port (obviously) and the generator to the "gen" port, and the gen signal relay contacts connected to the generator for the automatic start-up of the generator.
It's not clear from the manuals, or anything I have read, if this the Deye can work like this, ie:
Thanks

- When the grid is present, the generator is off.
- When the grid drops out, the inverter sends the signal to the generator to turn on.
- The generator turns off once the grid returns.
Thanks
