I assembled this kit to install an off grid heat pump in my detached garage. Due to a change in circumstances, I am selling the house and so, the project.

This was NOT installed. So you are getting essentially a new installation, already designed and sized. What's included:

Hotspot ACDC12c - https://www.hotspotenergy.com/solar-air-conditioner/

Iron Ridge XR10 mounting hardware, rails, grounding etc. I will attach the BOM.

7 Canadian Solar CS3N-395MS panels https://tandem-solar-systems.com/pr...n-395ms-blk-hiku-black-mono-perc-solar-panel/

There are a few other parts I am throwing in, 30 amp disconnect, Hose covers for the exterior, a couple tube of roof tar. The whole package is ready for pickup.

I did not intend to have battery backup or grid connections, so no batteries.

I have the original receipts and will gladly provide a bill of sale, so you claim the applicable tax rebates.

I am into this for about $4800. I am not sure what a fair market price is. Let's say $4000 but negotiable. I will be asking elsewhere for advice.
