Does any anyone know what might be causing my Solar Charge Controller 100/30 to disappear from view on the Victron Connect app each morning?

Each morning the Victron 100/30 Smart solar charger for my van roof mounted solar panel disappears from the Victron Connect app. Another second same MPPT unit which is for my portable solar panel which is only plugged in for when we camp under shade, appears on the VC app as normal even though it does not have a panel connected.

After disconnecting and reconnecting the roof solar panel I can then view the MPPT unit on app as normal. The next morning it disappears again.
Any idea why these is happening?

This will reset to factory defaults. Reprogram as needed (don't save/restore config file) and see if it resolves the issue.

If it doesn't contact your dealer for potential return.
