Eg4 6 batteries 20kwh capacity?

I'm looking at the mobile app for my 18 kpv. I have 6 eg4 batteries and am using the eg4 hub. App is showing 6 batteries, but is showing capacity of 20 kwh, instead of the expected 30.

I assume I am looking at something incorrectly, or misunderstanding something.

Any guidance?

What batteries?

Their 48V 100Ah is good for 5kWh, 6 full would be 30ish… if they are not achieving full charge, they may have charge parameters in the 80-20 range, that would knock off 40% of the capacity.

What parameters are the charge drain set to?

They are set to 40% on grid.

They get to full charge, but the AH indicator is what is confusing me.

Change to CAN or reset all 6 batteries

Pull up the battery screen on the inverter. Is that screen populated will all the battery data.

You can also try pulling the comm cable...resetting the battery data.

You should see near 30000ah.
