From 12v to 24v. Opinions? Sketchy diagram included. Lol.

Going from 12v to 24v system.
Your opinions? Is this a legit way to wire 4-12v 100amp batteries to make 2-24v 100amp wired to parallel for 24v 200amp, using 2 busbars? Parallel wires from batteries will be equal lengths from +/- batteries to +/- busbars. No fusing, shut offs, or wiring sizing are in the pic, I realize this. Thanks for your opinion. What do you think, Will?

Make 2 identical 24v batteries, and connect to busbar.

Here is a little goof around project I am doing in the garage.

It will work for 12 or 24 volts. Maybe it will give you some inspiration.

It is still a work in progress and needs some clean up, wire management and a battery box.

Small test fixture

Right now I have it just working as a UPS for the garage refrigerator and a light.

Two times 2-wire active equalizer, 1 per battery. Then connect in parallel using the Z configuration. Not perfect but doable.

Your pic is missing and I would suggest adding fuses and wire sizes and as complete a design as you can do.
