Growatt 24V SPF 3000TL LVM trying to charge batteries with generator

Hello,

I have the growatt moot inverter combo, and I've had a few days without sun. I am wanting to charge my batteries thru it using a generator, I wore it up but it doesn't charge my batteries or power the load, I don't know if there is a hidden setting or something. Plz help.

What is the model number of the inverter? Can you take a picture of how you wired the generator up? Have you checked for proper volts on the inverter's generator input terminals? Is the generator 240v or 120v, and is the inverter's generator input 240v or 120v? Have you had a chance to review the manual yet, for any settings that might be applicable?
