Ok, while I am fully on grid still, I use my small solar generators for charging my cell phones, computer and IPad… various tasks needing electrical. Soldering, charging batteries for projects etc…

Tonight, I fired up my 1KW inverter tied to a pair of 100Ah batteries, and I installed a surge strip, and hooked up my mixer to get ready my Cheesecakes for tomorrow’s party. my 500W kitchen aid pro mixer prepared all 10 cheesecakes for the party tomorrow. On solar!

I just wish I could have powered the oven… but I have yet to build a 240V setup… some day soon I think. Maybe by Christmas.

5 done, in the refrigerator…
