Ive had the device for three years it's suppose to last for 10. Ive kept the system at 100 percent most of the time. I use it continuously. Cpap iPads Phones, computers, and it's never gone down below 30 percent till a week ago. Im suspecting the charge controller died because even with the back up AC charger it only gets up to 31percent and doesn't show anything at all coming from the solar panels. I replaced the connectors to the solar panels and same thing happened the battery doesn't show any input. Tried just the brick with nothing else connected. And same thing stats at 141 volts and goes down to 1 volt within 20 minutes
