I can charge without a connecting to the BMS right?

EG4 LL-S connected to a Multiplus II with Cerbo GX. I reprogramed the unit for Lifepo4 batteries and dropped the charge current down to just 12 amps. The only problem here is I don't have the ve.bus to ve.can cable that connects the battery BMS to the Cerbo. Since the battery is charged off of voltage I should be able to start charging right? I just won't be able to view battery information until the cable arrives?

Yes, there's no problem charging based on voltage. I charge to 55v. The battery will have their recommendations in the manual.
