Running a 24v Frankenstein set up
800ah total
4 of which are 100ah 24V server rack packs that i purchased from signature solar in the raw form .... so 8 cells banded w/ laser welded bus bars and no bms ...
I don’t think they sell them like this anymore in this form?
Anyway I have these four packs paralleled to busbars with 2- 200ah server rack batteries
The four single packs i put jbd bms’s on them
One of my BMS is seems to go Slowly rogue every two weeks at least that’s how long it takes for the SOC to be out of whack completely
No all my batteries have pretty much the same length two gauge copper welding wirNo all my batteries have pretty much the same length 2AWG to the copper bus bars
And all the batteries are pretty close when they’re moving up and down in SOC
But ONE , which seems to have a mind of its own
13 days ago batteries were at full charge
And I’ve been watching this battery slowly get farther away from SOC from the other batteries....

No if I bring it back up to full state of charge it does fine for a few days but then again it slowly creeps away ... but does not shut down at 0 % ?

Any ideas out there?

I took the screenshots this morning while the system was still under load with roughly 35 A it may have been a couple amps more as the fridge may have kicked on during the time of screen shooting....

Also i use two LF inverters in the system
One turned on for large loads and
This smaller victron pheonix 1200 for night time loads for efficiency reasons
But I push that little Phoenix to its limits and it keeps on running lol....?

The screenshot of the battery at 14% was taken like at 4 o’clock in the morning I was checking on it so disregard that
