Looking for correct victron SCC, based on 8 Hyperion 400 watt Bifacial.?

Vmp = 31.01
Imp = 12.90
Voc = 37.07
Isc = 13.79
Would like to use all 8 panels, If i put 4 in series, on 2 strings i get 148 volts at 28A ? due to weather and temp. here in Upstate NY , could push it over voltage !
so, I guess the 250/60 is my best option. Any input would be appreciative.

Sorry, forgot to mention, This is for completely off grid, on a 24v setup. It was a 12v setup. have a samlex 4024 Evo now.

Calc. says = Victron 250/100 ? @ 110% oversized . I guess bigger is better ??? Thank you.

Slightly oversized is perfect.

Still loving it. We keep pushing it to see how it might disappoint us, and it just keeps going. I am pretty sure we will eventually add another, maybe go split phase.
