Lux power or should I say EG4 6000EX app issues

SO I have my Eg4 6000Ex hooked up and was able to down load the app and set up ( by Bluetooth) the setting on the inverter, I registered the account with the app and even got a message saying success. But any time I try to connect to the lux power with WIFI the app on my phone crashes . I even tried downloading on 2 other android phones all 3 crashed when you got to connect the app to the lux power server.. ANy one else having this issue or did I do something wrong ?

I noticed the app stopped working if my phone was held sideways (landscape). The app only works on the phone or a tablet if its held in portrait position. Believe it or not.

OK good info, but I was holding it vertically... when I click to log on , it crashes and the screen goes back to a normal cell phone screen .. every time
