the problem is my battery wont accept more 10AH from charging
i just want to charge my lithium battery using Solar Inverter i set the parameter :
Bulk Charge : 57V
Float Charge : 56v
Cut off voltage : 48v
Charge current: 40ah

Assume you mean A not Ah?

What is the SOC and temp of the battery pack - it is normal for BMSs to restrict charge current when nearly full, or when temp is too high or too low.

temp is 29C , the battery now take 6 hours to fully charged with 10 amps charging current.
do you think should i lower the Bulk charge and float charge voltage?

No.. lowering the voltage won't increase the charge current.

Have you checked for cables between inverter and battery? Whether they are of sufficient size, good connections etc?

25mm cables, maybe the BMS limit the charge current due to the high voltage ?
