Steve told me to connect from the app. Not from the connect on my phone bt. I turned on the phone bluetooth then opened the app and connected from there. Good luck.
my s5 connects automaticlly,but just got new android tablet and the bluetooth connection wants pin number,i cant change the factory pin because i do not know what it is.
