RV wiring improper?

Inspecting my RV wiring found the incoming 30 amp AC service having the ground wire connected to the ground bar. There is then a bare ground that connects the ground bar to the steel RV frame.

The neutral wire is connected to an un-bonded neutral bar, and the hot connected to the breaker, all in the WFCO converter/power center.

On the DC side, the hot from the battery on the tongue ties to the DC side of the power center.

The negative cable from the battery is connected to the frame at the front of the RV.

The power center runs a negative cable from the neutral bar, down to the frame. This allows them to not have to run a negative cable from the battery all the way to the power center.

The issue I see is that the AC ground, and the DC negative are both tied to the steel RV frame. This seems pretty common in RV wiring.

Since the DC negative is connected to the same neutral bar the AC neutral is tied to, does this not create a neutral/ground bond where one should not be?

This where the greatest trouble can be in rv dc wiring. Red paired with white wire is normally red positive and white is negative. Then they throw in a black and white pair, black should be positive and white negative. But some of us see black wire and think negative. So it pays to be careful and use a volt meter.
