Been having an issue with two of my wolf 24v batteries. I worked with someone at big battery a few weeks back on how to do a reset on the bms. I went through that process and thought it may have worked but it didn’t. I’ve let the batteries attempt to charge for full days and they do not charge. The 2 other batteries work great it’s just these 2 won’t charge or even turn on without being connected to the other to batteries that are working.
They are telling me I need a smart charger to kick start them. Has anyone had this issue with them. If so is there a recommended charger. Don’t want to buy some junk on Amazon that doesn’t work. Also how do these chargers work with Anderson quick connects? Chargers all look like they have clamps, don’t see how that would work safely
