All load and charger negatives connect to P-, so your thoughts are correct. Often, if there are several negatives to connect, a negative buss bar is recomended. A connection from P-to the buss bar, all negatives connect to buss bar.

I assume you mean the SCC, but yes, it's a "Load/Charger/Inverter" above, so "AUX BAT+" and "AUX BAT- aka P-"

Please tell me you are not connecting your shunt to the solar panel conductors...
