Is there that much of a difference in it?

The poles seem to be moving, so yes there could be a difference, possibly more so in the future!

No. Just a generic Dometic RV AC. Apparently the Growatt can handle the start up surge without issue, although I suppose it's possible that some component degradation is happening without any indication being given.

It's funny you say this. When I was planning the layout of the house I'm building, I marked where the sun came up and went down. And I thought I was going crazy. It was rising towards a northeast and setting towards the northwest.
