Solax Master and Slave integration problems

To start off I am not technically minded but I can not understand the problems my installer is encountering setting up my new system. He has now told me that you can not have two invertors (slave and master) set up on one account. He has said I need to have a separate account set up for each of the Solar X1 G4 Hybrid 5.0D Inverters, despite being set up as a master and slave configuration. Is this true?

I have just setup a system with dual inverters running in a parallel setup - its not straight forward, but it is all working, and both inverters are linked to one account.
