Victron battery protect

I bought the 100 amp version. It keeps giving me a E4 alarm which is a over voltage alarm. Tried a couple of times to reset it but will not work. It says the over voltage alarm is set for 32volts in the literature. My bank right now is 26.5. What am I missing?

You're missing 5.5V!

Have you tried resetting it to default and re-setting it up? Is it Smart or not?

I think it may have been set to 12v on accident so you need to read the doc on how to master reset. The first power up will set to 12 or 24 if you have the same model I do.
