I also had a great experience with Amy's partner @Jenny Wu for an order of 4 Eve 304ah cells. Took about 3 weeks to arrive from the date of payment.

My cells were recalled. I will file a claim with UPS if you think that will help our case. I'll post back here after I learn more.

I don't know that this will help much. And I don't believe the "Sender" was ever identified by UPS, but it is common knowledge that the sender is King Speed.
