I bought some new 18650 batteries (Epoch 25P) from 18650batterystore.com. A few of them were below 3v, but one was 2.45v. When I first put it in my charger (MiBoxer C4) it showed 0% charge, but did eventually charge fully. Is there anything I'd should be concerned about, or is this low state...

I have a bunch of cheap ebay solar LED lights with li-ion 18650 batteries. If I replaced the 3.7v li-ion batteries with 3.2v LiFePO4 18650 batteries, would it work just the same? Would the solar panels and circuitry that are designed to charge 3.7v batteries overcharge the 3.2v li-ion...
