This "free speech" and flame wars is a tired old argument. This is a private forum, free speech isn't a liberty. Most forums have rules and it's been this way since the mid 90's that I know of. Abide by the rules or move on.

This has been a l o n g hard year. As I've tooled around the US in my RV, I've tried to do a major installation with very little help available to me. Trying to do this work while up to my neck in parts and supplies has been a real PITA.
Working full-time and trying to make progress in the...
If I'm 1mm smaller on the sheet than the exact outer physical dimension, I don't think it really matters all that much. But I will add that 1mm back to the equation if it really matters.
Having the cells bound in a an .1 micron tolerance exact fitting box made from 2" thick steel and aluminum...
OM MY . . . your cells aren't compressed and they're going to bloat and explode! Your panels aren't optimally facing the sun, and your BMS is off-center by about 3 degrees to the right. I dunno how you're going to survive this.
JK, I'm impressed and glad to hear your system is up and working...
Move those batteries inside like mine and call it a "high tech coffee table" just over from the stripper pole.
Add some color changing LED strips that strobe with the douche music, put that sh*t on youtube.

Cans of Touch & Foam in areas you"ll never access.
Spray the foam into grociery or garbage bags to fill voids you might need to access. The expandinf foam forms into the void inside the bag and doesn't stick to walls, pipes etc. In the future you cut away the foam in blocks, refill again in...
Of course Mike is OK. I know it, you know it, the American people know it!
He did great by me and I feel the pain and burden of the situation he was put in. This wasn't his doing or anything he perpetuated.
In as much as any of you are inconvenienced or out-of-pocket, he all all the more and...
I mixed some JB Weld Marine and applied a tiny dab to the bottom and last threads and then hand turned into the batteries. I set my torque to 35 in-lb and went slowly holding for a couple of seconds as they sometimes still move a little under pressure. It turned out well.
After hand threading...

Future wooden satalites could be made of Hickory, Mesquite, Cherry, Oak, Maple, Alder, Walnut and so on to smoke chickens upon reentry.
I read in a thread whom NOT to buy from, but I'm way behind the 8 ball with you guys on other vendors. Due to the urgency of my needs, I may have to spend a few dollars more and just get it done.
This isn't even close to the price she quoted me yesterday, my jaw dropped @ fully 25% more...
I bought very thin PTFE sheets called "oven liners" to use, this is super tough and super thin. I'll just cut to size.
In all honesty I could use the brown paper roll I have as it is also super tough, and even double it.
But if I use brown paper it has the "UPS" look about it, not the I'M...
I'm a little bafuddled . . . why aren't you folks just calling up MorningStar and asking them directly? They do answer their phones, they ARE very knowledgeable, they ARE engineers, every time I've called they were very friendly and spoke EN natively.
They've been happy to answer questions or...
Depends. All of the above answers are correct, but if you are continuously USING the battery to power something, full-time, daily, then it continuously depletes therefore it continuously recharges in a manner prescribed above. If you run it down in the daytime, (more use than available charge)...
